- Follow-Up Inspections: Our technician will perform thorough inspections to assess and address any ongoing rodent activity within the covered areas that is found to be a result of a failure in our exclusion measures.
- Exclusionary Measures: We will implement preventative methods, such as sealing entry points and installing barriers, to prevent rodents from re-entering treated areas.
- Trap Maintenance: We will set and check traps in response to new activity within the covered areas.
- Sanitization Services: Where new rodent activity is found, sanitization services will be provided to maintain a clean environment.

- Promptly report any issues to Attica for timely resolution.
- Maintain treated areas to prevent new infestations. Failure to address conditions that contribute to rodent activity as advised by Attica may result in contract cancellation.
- Clients must allow access for inspections and re-inspections as required.
Payment Terms:
Clients must pay in full per the invoice before services under the warranty plan are provided. Non-payment, partial payment, or returned payments will result in suspended or cancelled service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees:
- A $25 fee applies if a client cancels or reschedules a follow-up appointment within 24 hours.
- Our follow up technician will wait at the property for 15 minutes after arriving at the property during the appointment window. If we do not hear from you within the waiting period, we will have to cancel and reschedule the appointment for another day.
Transferability:
